The international certificate is a document which can be awarded only to a graduate from a certified school. As a standard, they are issued both in English and in the official language of each country. Upon request, the certificate is also available in other language variants. The certificate contains the identification data of the holder, completed educational programme, name and address of the school and a certification grade including the rating of the attended school. The certificate contains necessary protective elements. A specimen certificate and all its translations into world languages can be found on this site under the link Certificate.
Because your document provides information about what the student has studied and his/her results, while an international IES certificate provides information about the standards of your school. Your graduates will obtain complete information for their prospective employers, which may give them an advantage in comparison with other candidates for a particular position.
The institution is always certified as a whole (in the case of universities, individual faculties are certified) and its educational programmes (branches, specializations) are certified separately. It is not necessary to certify all faculties or educational programmes. After signing the contract of co-operation, the school will receive certification materials. These materials are specified on this page under the link the certification process. The certification is conducted on the basis of written materials and photographic documentation. After the end of the certification proceedings, the certified institution will receive a written report with the rating awarded. The rating can change during the cooperation with IES depending on regular verification of the quality of the institution. The certification process takes approximately 3 months from the signature of the contract. The school needs 6-8 weeks out of this period for the preparation of materials and IES will complete the certification within 1 month from receiving these documents.
The prices are set to be acceptable even for minor educational institutions. The current prices are specified on this website under the link Price list. We do not charge any fees for certification of educational programmes (fields of study). A monthly administrative fee is always charged for the entire period of co-operation. In the case of universities, the monthly administrative fee is paid separately for each.
The International Certification Institute (ICI) was established in 2019. In the same year, it was interconnected with the International Education Society (IES). ICI and IES are implementing a joint Certificate project. Certified institutions are automatically certified by both companies.
The ICI certificate mainly describes the professional competencies acquired by the student during his / her studies. It also contains a list of important companies and institutions informed about the Certificate project. It provides the employer with a detailed description of the graduate's knowledge and professional experience.
Holding ICI and IES certificates provides a strong competitive advantage for graduates in the international as well as domestic labour market.
The ICI certificate is issued in English only.
Each certified institution receives IES and ICI logos and a graphic certification mark along with a manual for presenting the certification. Of course, they will also receive the institution certificates (size: A3), IES flag, information banner (banners), and they can selects one of the info panels (size: A1). The school can also order other presentation materials.
After the end of the certification process.
All the fees are settled on the basis of a regular invoice.
The certificates are printed by our company based on the order received from the certified institution. They are sent to the certified institution in bulk. The certificate can never be ordered by a graduate him-/herself, the order is always sent by the school that guarantees the applicant’s graduation.
Graduates themselves often pay for their certificates, but some schools provide a contribution for the certificate to students through foundations, various incentive programs, etc. Some schools set up funds where students save money during their studies. Private schools and educational agencies mostly include the cost of the international IES and ICI certificates automatically into the tuition fees.
We are able to provide the certificates even before the graduation. This depends on the flexibility of your institution. IES makes out an invoice immediately after receiving an order. After payment of the invoice, certificates are sent off within 48 hours. We are able to provide the certificates even before the graduation.
The certification is valid during the entire cooperation period with IES/ICI. For certified institutions, the rating is verified annually free of charge through an update questionnaire. If there are no significant fluctuations in the observed data during the first 3 years, the rating intervals are switched to a 2-year cycle.
Over the years of their existence, IES international certificates have gained a prominent position. Although they do not replace documents for education recognition (nostrification), according to their holders’ responses, these certificates are accepted in the labour market. This is also because they are internationally understandable, they are published in English and the official language of a particular country. In addition, the certificate can be obtained in other world languages, as well.
International IES certificates are intended mainly for representatives of the economic sphere and have been issued since 1997. We issue several thousand certificates each year. Our certificates get into in the hands of employers throughout Europe, the USA, Australia, and Asia.
