to the involvement of your institution in the project CERTIFICATE
and issuing the international IES certificates to your graduates

1st step

Signing of the Contract of Cooperation

It is possible to sign the Contract of Cooperatiton either during a personal meeting in the IES clients´centre office in Brno (Czech Republic), which is a preferred way, or in a "distant way", in which case we handle all the conditions and proceedings via e-mails, by telephone or mail.

2nd step

Preparing all documentation and other materials necessary for certification of your institution and its educational programmes

Necessary documents:

1/ IES Questionnaire
2/ The list of internal and external pedagogues
3/ Educational Institution`s development plan
4/ Educational Institution`s prognosis for the following 5-year period
5/ Photodocumentation

Documents necessary for certification of educational programmes:

1/ Name of the programme
2/ Number of lessons taught within the programme
3/ Syllabus
4/ Names, education background and work experience of the pedagogues

Duration: approx. 2 months

3rd step

Certification procedure (by IES)

Duration: 1 month

4th step

Awarding of rating both to your institution and its educational programmes, issuing of the Certificate of the Institution (A3 format), information board (A1 format), IES banner (100 x 80 cm), flyers for students and IES logo

5th step

Issuing of the international IES certificates to your graduates
